    Thomas Eno, CMHC – Supervisor

    Thomas has experience working with many issues including trauma, addiction, Crisis Intervention, Marriage and Family Therapy, Depression, Anxiety and PTSD. He has over 10 years of experience as a therapist. He enjoys working with those who are earnestly striving to improve their lives. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, writing, meditation and martial arts. He uses several models including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, and Motivation Interviewing.

    Approaches to Therapy:

    Thomas uses many different approaches to therapy including EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT, IFS, EFT, Motivational Interviewing, Hypnotherapy and Brain Spotting. For anyone who struggles to get free of what limits their life, to move past the disappointments, hurts, and fears of their past, Thomas offers support and help. He works with clients to find their own unique and powerful process for growth and healing.

     

    Education and Training:

    Thomas received his bachelor’s degree from Weber State University in Psychology. Then he went on to receive a master’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University. Upon graduation he obtained a license as a clinical mental health counselor. In addition, he has his certification in Substance Use Disorder.
