I am dedicated to helping others make changes to overcome challenges in their lives and improve their overall health. I know that as individuals are given the opportunity to discover who they are and what they believe as a separate, individual self, and are able to be true to that self while still maintaining a sense of togetherness with others, they can make powerful changes to their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. This balance of maintaining both a sense of togetherness with others and autonomy, resorts in a more healthy, balanced individual who is better equipped to handle anything life throws at them.
