Skyler Fischer, MSW - I

Hello, I’m Sky,  I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Social Work with a focus on clinical social work and mental health at Utah Valley University. Over the past few years, I have gained valuable experience working in residential and intensive outpatient treatment centers, and am now providing individual therapy.

I take a person-centered approach, utilizing techniques such as motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy. I have worked with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD, and I work with clients aged 13 and older.

Having lived in Eagle Mountain for 13 years, I enjoy continuous learning and personal growth in all aspects of my life. In my free time, I love listening to audiobooks, watching movies, savoring delicious food, and traveling to new places. A personal goal of mine is to visit all seven wonders of the world—I’ve crossed two off my list so far!  I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey toward well-being.
