We all have a story to tell. Little bits of our days and lives make up the grand story of who we are. My goal as a therapist is to help clients feel confident and comfortable with the story that makes them unique. Therapy is your time and your story, and the outcome is up to you. I believe that we all have the power within ourselves to work through and learn from hard experiences. Sometimes, that power is hidden or seems out of reach. Therapy is a way to connect with that power while growing stronger throughout the process. It would be a pleasure as a therapist to join you for a chapter of your story to help you be happy with who you are and confident with your control to determine who you will become in the future.
