Savannah Winters, LCSW

I’m Savannah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Utah State University. For over 8 years, I’ve specialized in therapy for individuals and groups aged 5 and up. My approach blends trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy. I adapt other modalities to best support my clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, OCD, and relationship challenges. In therapy, I meet you where you are and empower you to navigate towards your desired life goals. It’s a privilege to witness individuals uncover their strengths and embrace their journey towards joy and fulfillment. When I am not seeing clients, I enjoy traveling with my family. I also love being outside, shoe shopping, and snow cones…unless it is winter. In which case, I love being inside, boot shopping, and soup.
