Meredith Quick, ACMHC
HI! My name is Meredith and I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I completed my undergraduate degree at Utah Valley University, and went on to complete my Master's at Bellevue University. My main focus in therapy is helping people discover who they are, learn how to live authentically, and manage the triggers that impact their daily lives. I strive to create a safe and secure space where individuals feel encouraged to let go of the burdens of trauma that create barriers to their growth and happiness. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and their families, actively engaging parents in the treatment process and fostering an accepting environment for change. I enjoy finding creative ways to support clients in reaching their therapeutic goals and building healthier, more fulfilling lives. I work with clients of all ages, from 3+ through adulthood, and with diverse backgrounds, including family therapy. When working with kids and teenagers, I encourage parents to be as engaged in their child's treatment journey. I have extensive experience working with those struggling with trauma, neurodivergence, relationship issues, mood disorders, and other challenges. I specialise in working with complex family systems and individuals struggling with PTSD, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), sand tray therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), art therapy, and play therapy. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside, reading, exercising, connecting with family and friends, and trying new DIY crafts.
