Megan Mullen, ACMHC

Do you feel “stuck” in your life? I’ve felt that way on a number of occasions and my mantra has always been to keep moving forward. No matter what has happened to you or is happening to you, there is always hope and healing. I am passionate about helping people build resilience to better handle the challenges of daily life. With the proper support and direction, I believe that all of us have the answers and power within ourselves to solve our own problems and/or find a way forward.

I can meet with anyone from age four up to adults, though I tend to specialize in helping children who have big emotions, as well as men and women with depression, anxiety, and/or are struggling with infertility. I offer creative forms of therapy including sand tray, expressive arts, and play therapy.

You aren't alone in this process. It is so difficult to feel the weight of the world on your shoulders. My goal is to help you feel understood, safe, and move forward on your journey. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, being outdoors, and playing the flute.
