Hilary Dahle, ACMHC

Hello! I am Hilary Dahle and licensed as an ACMHC. I received my master’s degree from Capella University in a CACREP accredited program. I have been a mental health counselor a little over a year, but have experience in family dynamics as a mother of six for the past 27 years. When working with my clients, I feel it is important to recognize their strengths as well as build them by teaching tools as I join them on their emotional health journey. I am experienced in working with Anxiety, Depression, Family Therapy, Couples Therapy, Trauma, BPD, NSSI, and Children Therapy. I enjoy supporting my client’s mental health journey through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, IFS, Mindfulness, EMDR, and Person Centered Therapy. As I believe a journey to encourage mental health and happiness can often include difficult periods, I emphasize a nurturing, non-judgemental atmosphere which helps those I meet to gain self-compassion and build tools to grow. I work with clients age 5 and up. I have lived all over the northwest and work to practice what I preach, including self-compassion, emotional regulation, and self care. For me, this includes laughing, enjoying family, camping, hikes, road trips, and baking.
