Dacya Erickson, ACMHC

Therapy is not about fixing what’s broken, but about rediscovering strength and wholeness in the face of life’s complexity. My approach to therapy is rooted in a deep respect for the uniqueness of each individual’s journey. I draw from the principles of Existential Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Humanistic Psychology to create a compassionate and collaborative space where individuals can face the parts of themselves that often go unseen, unheard, or misunderstood.

I am specifically drawn to working with individuals navigating the effects of trauma, grief and loss, existential exploration, and faith crisis. I am passionate about working with men's issues, with a focus on emotional expression, intimacy, and vulnerability within their relationships, both personal and professional.
