Ryan believes that there is a core issue behind every unhealthy behavior and feeling that needs to be processed with a counselor to bring healing, relief, and positive change to your life. Ryan uses the methods of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), existential, EMDR, and play therapy.
Education and Training:
Ryan earned his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Hodges University. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Marriage and Family Studies. Ryan has experience working with compulsive behaviors, autism, depression, and anxiety.
