Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is a much sought-after slot with a therapist who commits to you. We currently have a wait list. Your time is valuable and our time is as well.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify our office at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not cancel before 48 business hours, your card on file will be charged a cancellation fee of $110.00.
If you arrive 10 min after your appointment time, we are unable to bill your insurance per their regulations. However, you are able to keep your appointment at our self-rate of $150.
If you are more than 15 min late you are unable to be seen at all, as we are unable to provide you with a therapeutic session. At that point your appointment will have to be rescheduled and the $110 missed appointment fee will be charged.
Excessive no-shows and/or cancellations will result in termination.
* Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in an insurance plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage, a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges, both orally and in writing or upon request or at the time of scheduling health care services.
