Jakes approach to therapy is based in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) where he helps people to adjust their thinking to have more healthy views about life. He also uses Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients come up with practical solutions to their life struggles.
Education and Training:
Jake earned a Bachelor’s degree in physical education from Idaho State University in 2003. He then earned a Master’s degree in sports administration from the University of New Mexico in 2004. He then earned a Master’s degree in counseling from Utah State University in 2011.
