My name is Gabrielle (Gabby) and I am a Certified Social Worker. I graduated from Utah Valley University with my master’s degree in social work. I have experience working with kids, teens, and adults in various capacities including inpatient settings, residential treatment, and outpatient services. As a therapist, I highly emphasize empowerment with my clients and approach my work with individuals from a strengths-based perspective. My specialties of practice are depression, anxiety, women’s issues, adoption, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, self-esteem, and body imagee. I utilize various modalities including play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. As a therapist, I provide a protected and confidential space where individuals can work through difficult feelings, thoughts, life experiences, and other mental health challenges. I see individuals ages 6 and up. My favorite things include hiking with my dogs, camping, road trips, listening to good music, going to concerts, and spending time with my friends and family.
