Elena believes that creating an emotionally safe environment creates lasting therapeutic healing and aims to create that environment for her clients. She has had previous experience working with autistic children and victims of crime and abuse. She loves helping clients by using strengths-based and trauma-informed methods. She is Spanish speaking.
Elena loves to spend her time outdoors, playing volleyball, reading, and being with her family and friends.
