David has a laid back personality and loves to work with and listen to people. He has a strong belief in the power and potential of therapy. He loves learning and is excited about research being performed and the progress being made in the world of mental health treatment and therapy. Outside of therapy David enjoys exercising, being outdoors, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

David utilizes CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Gottman skills when working with couples.
Education:
David received his Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University. He is currently in his 2nd year finishing his Master of Social Work degree at the University of Utah.
