Carly is a certified social worker and approaches her clinical work from a collaborative and strengths based perspective. She loves to work with individuals of any age but is especially passionate about working with kids, teens and young adults. She uses a trauma informed approach and a combination of several modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and person centered therapy to empower individuals to work through life’s challenges with self compassion. Carly strives to provide a safe, inviting and non-judgmental space for individuals to openly express their feelings, develop new insights, challenge themselves and to use their own strengths and resilience to create meaningful change.

Carly uses the methods of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Trauma-Focused CBT.
Education and Training:
Carly earned a Masters Degree from the University of Denver in Social Work with a concentration of mental health and trauma. She received her Bachelors Degree from the University of Utah in Social Work.
