My name is Carly and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have my master’s degree in social work with an emphasis in mental health and trauma from the University of Denver. I have been working in the social services field for over six years. I approach my work as a therapist from a collaborative and strengths-based perspective. I work most often with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, faith crises and self-esteem. I use a trauma informed approach and a combination of several modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and person-centered therapy to empower individuals to work through life’s challenges with self-compassion. I strive to provide a safe, inviting and non-judgmental space for individuals to openly express their feelings, develop new insights, challenge themselves and to use their own strengths and resilience to create meaningful change. I see clients ages 6 and up. I have lived in Utah my whole life and really enjoy exploring all the state has to offer. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, camping, traveling and watching the newest TV shows and movies.
