Brooke has been practicing in Social Work for 6 years and is now expanding to a clinical therapy setting. She utilizes a person-centered and strength-based approach. It’s important for everyone to feel empowered and utilize their unique strengths. She enjoys working with all populations (children, youth, and adults). She will help guide and provide the tools needed to have a successful therapeutic journey.

Approaches to Therapy:
Brooke used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and change unhealthy thought processes. She has also been trained in Trauma Focused – CBT to help people work through traumatic experiences. Brooke also used mindfulness techniques in her practice.
Education and Training:
Brooke received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Utah Valley University. She is now in her Master’s Program for Social Work at Utah Valley University.
