I have a passion for helping people to work through life’s difficulties, assisting them in finding joy, and the strength needed to reach their full potential. I strive to ensure that I understand my client’s unique needs and aim to provide therapy and counseling sessions tailored specifically to those needs. I offer a kind, honest, and straight-forward approach to therapy, allowing for trusting relationships to be built. I have experience in couples and family distress, pre/post-divorce, adolescent treatment, play therapy, depression, suicidal ideation, and trauma to name a few. I use a strength-based approach to help my client’s work through their shame and try to uncover self-compassion and self-acceptance.
