I’m Abbie Rogers, and I’m about to complete my dual master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from Rocky Mountain University. I love working with clients aged 8 and up and have a special passion for supporting teenagers and young adults. With many years of experience working with middle school-aged kids, I bring a deep understanding and empathy to my practice. My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining client-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques. I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself and work through life’s challenges. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem struggles, or school-related difficulties, I’m here to help! In my free time, you’ll often find me hanging out with my family, reading, watching movies, traveling, or enthusiastically cheering on my boys at their soccer games. Building meaningful connections is what brings me the greatest joy!
